Dr Junjie Shi is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). Since completing her PhD at UNSW in 2022, she has focused on developing low-dimensional materials for next-generation electronic devices, with core expertise in nanofabrication and thin-film processing. Her research has led to a first-equivalent publication in Nature, competitive grant success as Chief Investigator, and multiple patents under international filing. Beyond research, Dr Shi contributes to postgraduate teaching and actively mentors higher-degree and coursework students, fostering cross-disciplinary learning and innovation within the School.
