Jun-Hyung Im is currently a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Prof. Young-Ki Kim in the Department of Chemical Engineering at POSTECH, South Korea. He received his B.S. degree with Summa Cum Laude from the Department of Organic and Nano Engineering at Hanyang University, South Korea, in 2020. In 2021, he was awarded the prestigious 1st POSTECHIAN Fellowship, and in 2024, he received the KIDS Gold Award at the 24th International Meeting on Information Display (IMID 2024). His research primarily focuses on electro-optics based on liquid crystals, as well as molecular/colloidal self-assembly mediated by liquid crystals.
